We wanted to give you an update below on the status of the practice during the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation.
You will see some changes when you next visit the office:
All patients will be screened by phone prior to scheduling an appointment. These same screening questions will be asked when you arrive for your appointment.
We request that you come alone to your appointment as our waiting room is not be available at this time. (Unless you are the parent of a minor, an elderly spouse or a surgical patient recovering from anesthesia waiting for your ride home).
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment and call us from your car using the phone number below.
No entrance to our office will be permitted without you calling.
We require a mask to enter the building. If you do not have one, we will be happy to provide one for you.
You will be greeted by our concierge and asked to sterilize your hands. Your temperature will be taken and a Covid-19 health assessment/informed consent for dental treatment will be completed.
All personal belongings must stay with you at all times.
All required PPE including N95 masks, disposable gowns and face shields.
All team members have their temperature taken and are screened prior to entering the office just as our patients will be.
We have a clean air system that includes additional UV lights in our HVAC system, individual HEPA filter machines in every room & a professional defogger with paracetic acid similar to what airplanes use.
We have increased sterilization protocols per CDC, ADA, NYS Dept. of Health & OSHA guidelines, both in our treatment rooms and throughout all areas of the office.
We will maintain social distancing procedures and allow only one patient at the front desk at a time. All patients will be escorted by a team member to and from the treatment rooms.
Our goal in the delivery of your dental care is to exceed recommendations and your every expectation!
Thank you for being our patient during and after these tough times. We look forward to smiling with you all again!
