Dr. Anthony Pavone
Dr. Anthony Pavone, DDS, MD, FACS, was raised in Liverpool, NY a suburb of Syracuse. He attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY as a student-athlete and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in May 1995. Dr. Pavone majored in genetics and Development and achieved Deans List designation. Additionally, he was inducted into the prestigious Red Key Society which recognizes academic and athletic excellence.
Dr. Pavone graduated from NYU College of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in May 2000. He was Valedictorian of his dental class of over 400 students. He also attended NYU School of Medicine and received his Doctorate of Medicine in 2004. Dr. Pavone completed specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as a full year of general surgery training at NYU/Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City. Additionally, he received advanced training in general anesthesia.
Dr. Pavone is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery. He has the additional distinction of being recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, which distinguishes him as an exceptional surgeon by his peers within the medical community. He has memberships in many professional organizations: American Medical & American Dental Associations, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, NYS Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Bergen County Dental Society, Rockland County Dental Society, Dr. William F. Harrigan Society & Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Pavone is married and lives in New Jersey with his wife Jennifer and two children.
