Meet the Doctors

Dr. Peter Masci
"People come from all over the Hudson Valley and say, 'I need my smile fixed.' And that's what we do. We create new smiles that give our patients confidence and help improve their lives."

Dr. Peter Masci is a graduate of Hamilton College and Georgetown University Dental School and has been in private practice since 1985. He has a fellowship in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Valley Dental Hall of Fame, and the Ninth District Dental Society. Dr. Masci has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Association for Orthodontics.

For recreation, Dr. Masci and his wife Christine enjoy spending time with their three children. The family loves biking, golfing, fishing and winter sports.

Dr. Timothy Hale

Dr. Timothy Hale is a graduate of Hamilton College and the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He has been in private practice since 1986. Along with working on patients, he has lectured internationally and written articles for the national newsletter "The Dental Leader" and the national magazine "Contemporary Esthetics". Dr. Hale is also the co-founder of the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, a national and international organization for advanced continuing education.

Dr. Hale is a sought after opinion leader in the dental field, serving on the board of several prominent dental companies. He is a clinical evaluator of new products for Discus Dental, Ultradent and Dentsply. Dr. Hale is a member of the Speaker Bureau for Zila Pharmaceuticals, Valley Dental Hall of Fame, American Dental Association, the Ninth District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Hale has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Association for Orthodontics, and the American Equilibration Society.

Dr. Hale is married with three children. In his spare time he enjoys sports, camping and coaching.

Dr. Thomas P. Rafferty

Dr. Thomas Rafferty is a graduate of St. Anselm College and Georgetown University Dental School. He earned a specialty degree in Periodontology from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been in private practice since 1987. Dr. Rafferty is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the New Jersey Society of Periodontology.

He shares his free time with his wife and four children. His interests include piano, history, and cooking.

Professional Affiliations
Drs. Masci and Hale have served as clinical instructors at the prestigious Rosenthal Institute, held at New York University. They taught hands-on aesthetic courses to other dentists. The doctors were awarded certificates in orthognathic occlusion from Dr. Peter Dawson, the world-renowned educator/author. Drs. Masci and Hale are also proud Certified Premier Providers of Invisalign® as well as members of the SomnoMed Academy—Dental-Sleep-Medical Excellence in Education & Research.
